This months recipe is Hot Cross Scones, a easy bake for Easter.
After chatting to Sarah about Easter cooking and how the idea of making Hot Cross Buns was lovely but the time and effort needed to do so was just too much for most busy equine families, I came up with the idea of making Hot Cross Scones instead.
This recipe takes around an hour and makes 16 large scones, which you can freeze for up to a month.
